A corner building in the middle of the busy Temple Bar area in Dublin where the owner was adding an additional floor presented everyone with access and unloading issues.
The building had to be completed in Brick and also provide the necessary levels of insulation for modern structures. The Design team using our Basic 4 system with a Brick slip finish were able to accomplish both requirements and provide the construction team with a method of installation that was quick and efficient in terms of deliveries and general access.
The project sits easily beside buildings over 150 years old completed in traditional brick work but provides all the comforts of modern living.
