Booking procedure and payment

If you decide a training course would be beneficial to you, please contact us. We will be in touch as soon as possible to agree on a preferred course date.

Course administration

Once we have confirmed your course date, each candidate must fill out a course registration form, outlining their skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be asked to bring evidence of your existing qualifications (NVQ2 etc) with you on the day of the course.

The alsecco academy is open Monday-Friday, with courses starting at 9.00am and finishing at 3:30pm.

Please note these courses require a good understanding of English, although we can accommodate the course in other languages by request. Please email or call 01785 818998 to discuss your specific requirements.

Once candidates have completed the course candidates will be given a certificate of attendance and if there is evidence of skill levels to NVQ level 2 standard, then the alsecco manufacturers competency card will also be issued on the day. It is possible to send us your NVQ level 2 qualification after the course or when you have achieved it and we will still issue you with your manufacturer’s competency card.
